The white curly haired guy in the kitchen was extremely impolite. The cashier entered my order incorrectly and had to redo it; when I tried to give the extra wrap to the cashier, he told me to keep it. Later, when the kitchen staff brought my corrected order, he asked for the wrap back. I explained that the cashier had given it to me, but he insisted I return it before he'd give me my bowl. At Tim's, where I used to work, our policy was to let the customer keep the incorrect order and redo it. Extremely rude behaviour and the way he talks to customer is not acceptable. He shouldn’t be working at customer service job with that kind of behaviour. Worst onroute experience so far and I have been travelling for years!!

Slay, the food quality was immaculate, the staff were polite n respectful, the food time was instant!
