Griffins Pub Eatery - Oromocto

The food was not cooked properly, my entire order was not delivered, and I was also mistakenly charged for beer that I did not order. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoy our visits to Griffins because of the great atmosphere and delicious food. The waitresses are incredibly friendly and the food is top-notch in Oromocto. The pizza here is particularly fantastic, with perfect cheese and toppings. While the meat could have been placed under the cheese, it didn't detract from the overall quality of the pizza. In fact, it is the second best pizza I have tried in Oromocto. I give the pizza a solid 7.6 out of 10. Overall, a very good dining experience!

The house burger was extremely large and satisfying. The staff was courteous and the seating booth was comfortable. The prices were typical for a bar and they even had a pool table. However, the poutine I ordered had dry, overcooked fries, lukewarm gravy, cold cheese curds, and the water tasted odd. I will give them another opportunity and sample their menu once more.

I have come to the conclusion that my brother has never had an enjoyable culinary experience in his life. He 's like a walking Murphy 's Law for restaurants. When I was visiting my brother and he suggested Griffin 's for our late lunch, I asked him if it was good, be said 'not bad! ' I was semi sceptical as it 's a pub on an army base, and looked just like any other whole in the wall pub you run into. My brother was right though, it wasn 't bad. Besides our table of two there was another table of 3 near by, as I said, we went for a large lunch, so everyone was probably back to work at this point. Our server was on the ball super friendly, quick witted, I liked her! Service was a little slow, but I believe that 's the kitchens fault, not hers. My brother had the buffalo chicken sandwich, which I guess he has ordered several times before. He also got a poutine, he said they had good gravy. I ordered the clubhouse fries, gravy on the side. I agree, they do have good gravy! The clubhouse was also good, as you would expect it to be, the fries as well. I wouldn 't hesitate to go back again should I be in the area!

Amazing staff, Amazing food!! Always something exciting going on at griffins. From wings to trivia night to live entertainment it's always a good time!
