Subway - Oroville

Krystal.She's why all five gold stars.Because when she told us y'all don't have pastrami anymore...I mean, that hurt, Subway, I was fixing to call the cops when she recommended the roast beef instead. Almost like she knew me or something because THAT was a good call! So, even with my gf complaining not enough meat, Krystal politely, professionally and promptly built, what turned out to be, even for gf, our two really good sandwiches.You should thank her really good for the really good save.

Subway has gone downhill.Service is amazing but this is with their changes.Recently they have discontinued Swiss cheese, mozzarella cheese, and sourdough bread. NOW they stopped carrying plain cheetos.Seems like all that was good is now discontinued. Looks like I will be searching for a new place to eat.

Vegetarian I go for the salads. Sat at tables. So glad I looked in my salad! Little brown bugs crawling all over. Took it back and said I wanted a refund not another salad. Guess she had to call owner. 10 minutes later a very nice lady brought my refund.

After an entire day of errands in Chico I forced myself to finish my day up to do much needed grocery shopping at the Oroville Walmart on my way home. After spending close to $300 I literally felt like I was going to pass out certainly wasn't in the mood to go home unload groceries and cook dinner. So I decided to grab a sandwich at subway and sit down so I could rest for a bit. I saw from a distance an employee cleaning the food area and it seemed like she was closing up. So I asked her are you closing and she said no we're still open. So I proceeded to to go up to the counter and she wasn't too friendly. I couldn't really read her at the time. I ordered a cold cut combo which comes with 3 kinds of meat but she only put one. I just let it slide. I placed 2 orders it was obvious she couldn't get the order done over with. There was no smile, no friendliness about her in any way. I realized once she gave me my order the reason for her attitude. She was trying to close up early and I f it up. I was not happy with my experience and won't be stopping by there again. I'm not sure what her name was. But it was on Monday September 13th just before 9:00. I didn't like her attitude. The sandwich was disgusting. And the floors were so filthy dirty that my shoes were sticking too it. It looked like it hadn't been mopped in a week. If I could rate it a zero I would

Whoever manages this place should be mopping the floors. These little girls working here are a joke. Literally felt like I was watching a cartoon while my wife tried to order a sandwich. I just can't believe how rude the employees are without care. They were so clueless we left hungry. Maybe if they had a video game making sandwiches these half wits could get it right....that's a big maybe. Go anywhere else to actually enjoy your lunch
