They do have a small, cool, and somewhat impersonal waiting area where customers can watch their pizza being made or read fun facts about the chain on the walls. You can place your order in advance for pickup or delivery, and I must say, they are among the most reliable when it comes to delivery. One doesn't have to wait for long to enjoy their pizza, which is a plus. However, as much as I appreciate their efforts, their delivery tracking system could use some improvement—it's not the best I've encountered. I've given them 4 stars instead of 5 because, while I sometimes find myself craving pizza while passing a Domino's, waiting in the uninspiring, often chilly environment is less than pleasant. Still, it’s not really what they aim for, so I can't hold it against them too much.
The pizzas were delayed according to the delivery tracker. I called the store and spoke with a charming gentleman who addressed my urgent request with great efficiency, even adding a touch of sass about the missing pizzas. Shortly after our conversation, the pizzas arrived, hot, loaded with toppings, and cooked to perfection.
Two Italians were dining on Tuesday, and I would give them a perfect ten out of ten. The pizza was beautifully crafted and vegan as well.
