A&w Canada - Oshawa

DEC 31, 2021 I went here and bought a burger and explicitly said no bacon. When I started eating it I realized that there was in fact bacon. I was still in the parking lot, so I called in about it. The person who answered told me that he can't do anything because my receipt doesn't say that.The lady recorded the no bacon' initially when taking my order, but it seems she messed it up as she was trying to enter my well done' request.I'm appalled at the response that I got from the guy I spoke with on the phone. He didn't do anything to resolve the issue. I'm never going bk to this A&W again.

This was the worse experience that we had at this place. After paying for my 9 years old food, we noticed that the guy who was serving her soda had his hand on top of the cup and the soda sream was running on top of his hand before pouring in the cup. We asked the guy to change the soda and first he denied his wrong doing and than he decided to change the soda with a nasty attitude and he left the counter with an extreme anger. We waited for good 20 minutes there while our order was seating in front and not handed to us. The girl in front was on the phone and was upsat that we were waiting there and we told her that we paid and haven't been served. After few minutes we asked for a refund since we were not being served our food and at first they yelled at us and were refusing to refund us even though they didn't even give us our food. Finally they refund us and the guy who was at the cashier register was trying to fight us and was making rude comments. This was absolutely unprofessional and specially during Covid time not following the rules and regulations for serving food. We realised that the fountain machine was not working properly and the guy had to hold his finger under the stream of soda that he handles money with at the register to be able to pour the drink and his fingers were all wet and dripping from the soda....we will never ever go to this place again...they where are so rude and seems like they only care for taking the money but not serving the customers.....This will be our last time walking to A&W since there are plenty of other choices at this mall.(This was our first time ordering food at this location and I feel sorry for anyone before us purchasing food here very unsanitary practice and unprofessional staff, I am happy that we returned theirFood back to them, may be they can eat it and enjoy it themselves) 0 star is too much for all the staff here.

Do yourself a favour and skip this location please! The cashier always look miserable, she has poor customer service. The sweet potato fries was saggy and not fried properly..... The burger bun was dry and the meat should have been cooked a little longer. If this was my first time buying A&W, I would neeeeever buy A&W again. Ugh.

Was here and spent $15 on a meal. I asked politely for extra ketchup in the bag. When I got to my table… there was no ketchup in the bag. I went back and I asked for some ketchup and I was given 2 small packets. You spend $15 on a meal and they are so frugal with the ketchup. Won’t be back

This A&W is located inside food court of Oshawa Centre and my All time favourite here is Beyond Meat burger!! While shopping need a munching break and craving for burgers?? This is the place ?
