The service and food were outstanding, as always. This place never disappoints. My only minor criticism is that the lighting could be a bit brighter; even with my reading glasses, I found it difficult to read the menu. Thankfully, our server was able to help with the wine list prices!

My son and I dined here last Friday night. Food was good but not spectacular. I found it a little pricy for the portions. For starters we had the lobster bisque and lobster stuffed mushrooms. The lobster bisque was good however a little sweet and the lobster stuffed mushrooms were also good with lobster chunks not shredded which was a plus. The mains we chose were prime rib sandwich which my son said was good, but no wow factor he especially liked the fries. I had the braised short rib with shrimp, scallops, mushrooms and stroganoff style noodles. I found the sauce a little heavy and strong tasting for the shrimp and scallops. The short ribs were ok, some fatty grizzle, but the portions of the protein were small and hardly any mushrooms. The noodles towards the bottom were clumped together so the weren't properly cooked probably not stirred enough or boiled in too little water. It wasn't a huge deal as I didn't want to finish the noodles. Overall the food is good but not equal to the price which upset the value proposition. The restaurant is nicely decorated, comfortable and has a pleasant atmosphere. The servers are very good our server Maya was excellent, she was attentive, available and helpful. She recommended the steaks or ribs as excellent choices and in retrospect was probably the way we should have gone since staff recommendations have a lot of value. Very nice restaurant, good food, great service and a pleasant visit. We will consider another try and this time stick to what they do best and hopefully that will be more in line with the price.

It was a very pleasant experience celebrating my husbands 81st birthday. Our server Matt was very good and very friendly. He took very good care of us.
