Visited this branch for the 1st time and I had a very bad customer service, Mg wife and child got in at 8:35 and placed an order for a Tahiti and by 8:37, while we were still at the store placed a 2nd order for a strawberry lemonade, the girl at the counter (urumi) said sorry we are closed and that I washed my juicer , so I asked her isn 't the store open till 9:00 pm?, she hesitantly said Yes, but I washed my juicer although i was in the store, after a bit of a chat , she said she can make one . Having sales staff like these makes your store loose customers. Very disappointed by this service

Great place for smoothies, most of the staff are great and friendly. Healthy options here.

When I pay for a Nuttin better and extra whey protein, it hurts to watch your employees grab the scoop and pick up half a serving of whey in each scoop. This is just ignorant, I paid for double whey and sometimes I see the staff looking at the next customer and scoop the portion of whey for my order. It might not be important to all customers but the ones that want to actually get the 60 grams of protein and pay the $15 it’s important. I’m not the type to create an awkward situation, which is why I’m leaving a comment/review so your team can fix this. Thanks.

I arrived at the restaurant at 8:58, and even though the sign indicated they were open and they were serving another customer, I was told they were closed. Being denied service just before 9 is extremely disappointing in terms of customer service, especially considering the effort I made to get there.
