Feedback gevenI ordered a bowl. They tend to make mistakes and simply take things out. Servings are shameful. What really got me crazy, though my partner goes there and is just asking if the cabbage is a mix with carrots or is it just carrots. They just say cabbage, so we choose it in a custom bowl. I can't have carrots because I'm allergic and he comes home to them, carrots in my mix, a huge cabbage that's rough, and they missed another one of my punches? Now I can't eat it and I'd have to go back in person to fix it. What a waste of my time. Not even back. Terrible attention to detail in a place that literally wrote it before them. Also, I would not pick up her phone and not ask for half a sauce, but definitely not almost as much as before. Not impressed. would not recommend
Buddha?s bowl with falafel including tax $14.67. Good size a little expensive, not enough spicy peanut sauce. It looked like they put a few teaspoons of sauce. I cried through the whole bowl that saw the sauce. It was just dry. I had to add my own peanut sauce. Something about price I had to change at home to taste better. Friendly people, I might try again, but hesitating.
Accidentally order as pick-up instead of delivery, and I don't drive. I tried to call the store to correct this, so I can reorder it or have changed it to delivery and the store refuses to help me to get my order that was paid and they will not refund me either. When I talked to a manager about the phone, I was hit with nothing but complete silence. Terrible experience.
I'm so disappointed with my experience. I made an order by Uber Eats on Thursday evening 6:00, my intention was to plan a delivery for the following day. This order was for a meeting on Friday 12:00. Immediately I realized my mistake and started to reach Uber, her live chat recommended me to reach the dealer, and I tried over and over her phone it wasn't going through me eventually and I talked to a person who said he was the manager named Tony. I explained my prejudice and he was very rude, he told me that it is not his problem that it is my problem and I should find out what to do with this food...(16 orders cost $284). I definitely understand that this was not a good deal, but all I wanted was that he met me halfway... I'm sure he's been through this before. His tone and his language was very wishing and honestly wondered how he was a businessman. I ordered our Freshii meetings, but that's an end. To conclude this review, the Uber driver who wanted to deliver the food was brilliant her name is Yvonne, we talked and she called Uber Eats in my name and I got a total refund for the order.
My sister in law brought me in to this location this past weekend.The store itself was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. I found the menu had many options for me vegetarian/sugar free). There was a man helping us that day and he was so fantastic! I wished I grabbed his name. Fantastic customer service and took the time to show us the menu and all its options. We even got a couple samples to help narrow down the choices! Will most definitely be going back!
