Hu Nan Chinese - Oshawa

I'm not sure what has changed, but our visit on 11/27 was disappointing. After shopping next door, we decided to stop in for lunch and ordered two meals from the lunch menu. We were told it would take 30 minutes to prepare them. While that seems like a long wait for just two meals, we thought it might be because they were busy with takeout. However, when the food arrived, although there was plenty of it, the overall taste was quite bland. The spring rolls, in particular, had no flavor at all. Overall, we didn't enjoy our experience, and there are certainly better options available.

The food is excellent and the portions are generous. I've ordered from this place many times, and I think there was only one occasion when the food wasn't up to its usual standard. Nevertheless, it's definitely my favorite spot for Chinese food.

This place is spotless! I've tried several restaurants in Durham, but I keep returning to this one. They offer excellent service and high-quality food at an affordable price.

Their food is consistently good. Probably my favorite Chinese food place in Durham. They're portions are amazing for the price.

I always order the same dinner from here and am never disappointed. I am in love with their vegetable chow mein. My order last time was made a little different but still great. You're never waiting long for your order either which is always nice.
