Little Caesars Pizza - Oshawa

This location has really declined. The staff used to be excellent and lived up to the "Hot and Ready" promise, but in the past year, everything has changed. Now, the employees seem disinterested and are often absent when you arrive. I have to wait for simple cheese and pepperoni over 90% of the time. I used to be a loyal customer, but I've reached my limit. If I'm going to wait, I'd prefer to order from Domino's.

I walked into the restaurant and stood at the counter, but my presence was completely ignored. After waiting a few minutes without being served, I decided to leave. If I could give the staff here zero stars, I absolutely would.

Nick took my order. He has amazing customer service skills! Pizza was great!

Pizza was bland, but it seem to be all the little Caesar’s location. Aside from the they got me my food very quick, so they did their job.

I would strongly advise against using this location or any other. There are plenty of better pizza options available for less money at almost any other place. My $40 order was incorrect, so I returned to explain the issue in hopes of resolving it. However, the manager basically blamed me for not checking before leaving and said there was no intention to address the problem. I felt dismissed and was left with no solution. This was a complete waste of both money and time for mediocre pizza. I will never come back.
