Mcdonald's - Oshawa

Absolutely disgusted with the food and service I recieved today. Management and employees are a joke. Entire staff need to be trained on how to read orders and how to speak to paying customers. Order is wrong everytime. Done with this location. Absolutely appalling.

I waited around 20 minutes for a simple sausage and egg meal while the staff chatted and seemed to move very slowly. I was not impressed.

Hate McDs that cheat the ordering system to cut down their times for corporate.The order number system is for customers, and gets broken entirely when staff are gaming the system.(They 're doing it because this location is very slow) When a metric becomes a target, it ceases to be a good metric. When will McD learn this?

On October 4, 2023, I was looking for my morning caffeine fix and decided to stop by McDonald's. I was pleasantly surprised by how efficiently the staff managed orders and quickly called customers to the counter. I accidentally ordered a small coffee, but they graciously upgraded it to a medium without any hassle. The staff were friendly, the restaurant was clean, and most importantly, my coffee was made perfectly. Thank you!

Took 20 min this morning to get my meal. when i complained to the counter staff, they told me i was wrong it has not been 20 min and i need to be patient. i showed them my receipt stat9ing i ordered at 8:40am and it was currently 9:00 am. the 2 ladies working the front in the morning are so slow and disorganized it hurts to watch them. Tim hortons across the hall got through about 20 ppl in the same time these ladies served 5.
