I’ve visited this restaurant frequently and absolutely love it! The staff is always incredibly friendly and well-versed in the menu. I’ve never had an issue, and the entire team genuinely goes out of their way to please every customer. There’s a tattooed guy who is quite attractive, so I recommend visiting just to see him, but rest assured, the food is fantastic too! He’s very helpful with my picky orders and never hesitates to make substitutions for me. I’ve watched him and other staff members do this for other patrons as well, and everyone seems to know exactly what they’re doing. They truly go above and beyond to ensure every visit is enjoyable. I’ve never encountered a cleaner, better-maintained facility in my life! Overall, it’s a great place with a wonderful atmosphere, perfect for newcomers as well. I highly recommend the Bacon Avocado or the Spicy Beef Poutine, and don’t forget to get a milkshake while you’re there—there are so many flavors to choose from, and they’re enormous, made with real ice cream, and absolutely delicious!

I've visited this bar and restaurant multiple times, and I can confidently say that the food is absolutely fantastic and greatly appreciated. The staff is incredibly friendly and always eager to assist with refills or any questions about the menu. For late-night entertainment, they host karaoke on several nights, including Thursdays and Saturdays.

I had a fantastic grilled cheese sandwich! The salad was just okay; I was expecting it to be fresh, but instead it came with a few packets of dressing on the side. The interior of the restaurant was quite dark and had a somewhat gloomy atmosphere, which didn't really seem to match the vibe of a gourmet grilled cheese place. Despite that, the food was good enough that I would definitely consider coming back.

This place used to be good. Menu changed, property changed. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very little energy. Not inviting. When I came here a year ago, the sandwiches were amazing! Now it's best medium. You can taste it in the ingredients that nothing is fresh anymore. Only advertising bought everything. To sum it up, you now taste like a grilled cheese sandwich that everyone can make.

Dear fellow Meltwich Oshawa foodies , I regret to inform you that it is now under new management. Not only have the prices increased but the quality has decreased. I have been going here with my daughter every week since it first opened. Those of you that like the chicken and cheese(like my daughter) be prepared for Teriyaki and cheese yuk! As I am typing this i still feel sick to my stomach (literally just came back from there) not because of the insane price hikes but mainly because as I was taking my second to last bite of my standard burger (which is now 7$ compared to the 5$ it use to be) I discovered a hair that was the length from my wrist to my elbow (NO JOKE!! I THREW UP) in-bedded in the patty!!! thankfully that location has an amazing staff and refunded my money but the new management has absolutely no clue what his customers want or need. If you are a regular or even just enjoy the food be prepared to be disappointed. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING THERE EVER AGAIN!!! and its a shame because my daughter and I love it and the staff.
