Shanghai 360 - Oshawa

I really enjoy visiting this place. Unlike many other food workers in the mall, the staff here is exceptionally friendly. They are always polite and bring a smile to my day! While I can't comment on most of the menu, I always order the Shanghai noodles and green beans, and those dishes never disappoint.

I was taken aback by the staff's rudeness during my visit. After ordering and paying for my combo, I requested an extra paper plate, but the server handed me a plastic lid instead. Noticing the paper plates nearby, I asked again for one, only to be told it would cost an extra 25 cents. After spending $18 on my meal, I find it only reasonable to expect a plate for a paying customer! Overall, I was very disappointed with the service.

I ordered a pick 2 combo with lo mein, but the lady at the counter gave me two meat portions without the lo mein. When I asked for the lo mein, she told me it would cost an additional $9. I ended up being charged $30 instead of the $15.99 for the combo I wanted. When I tried to explain the situation, she said there was nothing she could do because it was already in a container. Seriously?

Ordered the chef special: noodles and bang bang chicken $15 after tax).The noodles were salty without any flavour. The chicken was also very bland and served cold. Would not go again.

I really enjoyed the food, hit me in just the right way.
