We stopped yesterday for lunch. My chicken fried steak was edible but can't compare to Ottumwa Riverside. My husband got meatloaf. It was not edible. We sent it back and he asked for a ham steak. He got the ham steak. Was much better. He got charged for the meat loaf plus an extra $4 for the ham steak. I asked about the charge and the woman at the register was rude. I felt we should not have been charged extra. I asked for the manager and she said they don't have one. Won't be going back. Will be going to Ottumwa. Service and food are great there.

An enormous selection of Midwest comfort food. Slightly rustic with a huge following of ordinary people. Love it! Parking: Right outside the door.

Parking: Could use a better parking space, just not enough parking. They need to expand the parking as they are so busy that there's not enough room to park. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, it is wheel chair accessible.
