Feedback gevenLiam and Colton I think his name was, they were the only 2 here on Friday the 18th, am (before 9am) and they were hilarious and friendly. It made me want to work there because it looked like they were having a good time, or at least making the most of their day. Made our day before a long drive and moving all my things back to college! They deserved a raise.
This Taco Bell is better than most, but the prices are getting outrageous. Over $13 for a cheesey gordita crunch, soft taco and small drink! That was $6.26 pre COVID so Taco Bell has DOUBLED their prices since 2018. Hard to justify those prices when I can go to an actual Mexican restaurant for less.
Went through the drive-thru. Made the order, and they did not get this right.We asked for a soft taco with one of the meals ordered, and they gave us a hard taco, and this meal is supposed to have a taco Supreme, but we got a regular taco. I still cannot believe that they actually split the two and started charging even more for what they call the Supreme, just so you can have a sprinkling of tomatoes and a dab of sour cream. We also ordered two orders of the Cinnabons, and we got one, not two. They also added what seemed like triple the Chipotle sauce on the orders, including the steak burritos.I am close to giving up on Taco Bell. They have taken all my favorites off of the menu, but the burritos in all their restaurants taste like old tires or really stale and they always get the orders wrong, and I am beginning to think it is on purpose. Most of the time the the employees are nasty and act like they do not want you there, or at best like they can't wait to get out of there.
Management is **** poor, when ordering lately they seem to be out of product and don't tell you when ordering. Portion sizes are getting smaller, skimping on the required amount. Management is not willing to remedy the issues.
We went through the drive through. I ordered a grilled cheese burrito combo,my fiance ordered the new steak& bacon combo and 3 cheese rollups.We got our order quick and went to venture home,15 minutes away. My fiance asked for his card back and we realized they did not give us our card back or a receipt,he was already dissatisfied because they did not melt the cheese on the rollups,so we turned around 5 minutes from home and went back through the drive through.we asked for a manager at the window,they more than happily obliged I would assume by the name on our receipt her name was Samantha. She was polite and offered us free items for the inconvenience,we roll ups. And they remade the cheese roll ups for us. So now we are home for the 2nd time and upon taking out our order. They gave us 2 steak grilled cheese burritos,one with bacon and one without ? so needless to say I'm not having dinner tonight. Also they were out of mild sauce. Maybe if you didn't give out a bagful for one taco you wouldn't be out! Normally I would not leave bad reviews but I can't call the store due to their number listed saying their voicemail box is not set up.
