Needed some comfort food from my childhood......chicken noodle soup, steward and varaniki.

Charming place for lunch. Enjoyed the perogies and farmer sausage. Great service and coffee. Small town

The restaurant and washrooms need a thorough cleaning. The cook was coughing continuously throughout the lunch hour. Where is the safety food inspector when you need one?

Quaint little establishment tucked away in the little town of Osler. Late opening hours.. 9 a.m. many cars waiting for it to open... always a good sign.Waitress was phenomenal, but I didn't get her name. Typical chatter in a small town.. someone talking about the weather, the harvest, or just someone else. Lol. Originally from a small town, I understand this completely.Early rise (lol) breakfast is what I had. 3 pieces of bacon (or sausage), 2 eggs, mine were basted medium and done to perfection.. I know my eggs! It's always my test to a cook in restaurants. I upgraded to homemade brown bread for an extra 50c. And other than the green onions being raw and sprinkled on top of the grilled pan fries they called them.. they, too, should've been grilled... it was a superb meal.Tipped the waitress well.. she more than deserved it. Her customer service was 10/5 ?Stop in and have a good breakfast.. beverage was extra, but the meal itself was under $8 plus my upgraded toast option.Personally, it was too much food for me, and I love a hearty breakfast.The 2 stars for the atmosphere was because it was very cold in the restaurant, and before I poured my tea, the cup was also super cold. Definitely needed the heat to be on, well before the customers arrived. Outside temperature was only +7°C. Brr..

Big and beautiful restaurant in a small community about 10 km from Saskatoon. Very nicely decorated with very good sitting areas. Lots of circulation room. There are four sections of this restaurant. Staffs are very friendly and knowledgeable. They served with care. Food is good and fresh. Variety of foods are available here. Price is reasonable. Neat and clean restaurant. There are parking lot in front of this restaurant including disabled parking. Highly recommend to try this restaurant and help support small business.
