Got my drink served, then nothing. Waited for an hour before I got up and told them I'm canceling my order. Wanted to pay for my drink but they at least told me I didn't need to pay anything, so I quickly left. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I will not recommend it!!! We experienced bad service in TGI Fridays Oslo, we ordered and we said that we will order our milkshake after meal and the crew said yes! And after 45 minutes we are ready for our milkshake and he said they can not serve because its close soon, for us , we understand it if he inform us about it, and he didnt say sorry, then one crew came we approach her and she counted our order, so we are expecting to have it, and he came again he said he can not make it, my point is, we are expecting to him that he can say it in a nice way amd say sorry!

Excellent service, but high quality food. the service qas so good. they were so friendly and friendly. it was so clean. but the quality of the burgers was not so much in order. the speculation was not crispy and the tase of the burger was not good. we had a great time because they follow the order exactly as we wanted.
