I recently moved to oslo and tried a few Vietnamese restaurants in the city. since my friends told me about this place. I decided to shoot it. it took almost half an hour since the moment when I left and when I was eating, I was brought to my table. it wasn't even a rush hour because I went there at 2 o'clock. I ordered her pork ribs and torn with water. as they see, there was hardly a shredded pig on my teller. not to mention pork was overboiled, so it was dry and chew. the season was good. next to the rice was cheaper rice not even basmati reis. very disappointing experience at this place. for me it is much overpriced and I personally do not think about coming back soon. as a result, this place of my opinion deserves after only 2 stars.
Pho for me was on the salty side, as proved by the darker broth, but I love the fact that they have several possibilities of crumble to counteract the saltiness of the broth. I tried her fried spring rolls and I really enjoyed it.
Pork was tasty, rice had a little dry pho had a gland and had not the pho aroma like heckanis or spicy. the saigon beer was beautiful.
We got pho and the bahn pancake and it was soooo good! We have two vegetarians, and they had great options and also made a pho vegetarian for my sister. The chicken in the pho was the best! It was stir fried in this delicious lemon sauce. It had some bones in it so be forewarned, but that’s also how you know it’s good. You dip the pancake in this lovely sauce and it was epic. The only con is it’s a bit expensive for lunch, but that’s Oslo.
