During my visit to Oslo (I live in the United States), I noticed that there is a high demand for vegan options and certain foods. I enjoyed Helios because I was able to find quinoa, vegan "ice cream", spaghetti sauce (which was surprisingly hard to come by - Norwegians don't eat pasta?!), and other foods that I eat on a daily/weekly basis in America. The prices were quite high, but that's to be expected in Oslo where everything is extremely expensive. If someone is looking for a quick and healthy meal fix, they may be able to find what they need at Kiwi or another local food store, but Helios is a good option for those specific items.
Very good choice, but it is the most expensive health food chain in oslo.
Friendly staff! besides tasty eating, they also have environmentally friendly grill kits (barbeco!
I thought the variety of organic products and the quality of service were both excellent. The prices were reasonable as well.
