This particular shop was successful in getting us to come in; we were starving after being up since 3:30am and snorkeling. There's nothing better than starting your morning with a silog dish. The Toci-silog for around P100 is a must-try! Surprisingly, there was a generous amount of meat with just the right amount of fat. The dish was perfectly sweet, the eggs were cooked to perfection, and the garlic rice was flavorful and aromatic. We also ordered coffee for about P50, which turned out to be the popular Nescafe instant coffee in the Philippines. It hit the spot, and despite the restaurant being open-air and possibly hot, it was a welcome break from the morning sun.
The restaurant provided excellent service and delicious food in a refreshing and tidy setting. The chicken ginger soup and rice were just what I needed after accidentally ingesting seawater while swimming with the whale sharks.
The restaurant offers tasty local cuisine at an affordable price. Conveniently located next to Aaron's dive center and within walking distance of the whaleshark watching spot. It's the perfect spot to grab lunch after swimming with the whalesharks.
Expensive!the food was just regular but they take advantage of the fact that tourists are gonna be hungry after the whale shark experience and they are one of the few available restaurants there.
Had our breakfast here after whale shark watching. A little expensive for typical Filipino silogs but it was okay. Food was well presented and tasted good. Place is a little cramped. Service was hospitable.
