We have try all the Pho in the Twin Cities and none of it can compare to Saigon Palace. The Broth, the Noodle, the Meats and everything were always perfect Everytime. Consistent excellent. Same taste never disappointed. By the way the portion is very generous. If anyone can find a better Pho place let me know.
I love Saigon Palace! Always great food and service! Food comes really quick and hot!
I am not sure how to authentically express my opinion here. I will try to be fair despite a terrible experience. I like the location but the restaurant does not seem to be sanitized and cleaned, even the waiter 's apron and hands had dirts and thick residues. It does the quality of tjis restaurant 's food in question. Around 10:15am, I ordered the super bowl pho. 5 to 7 minutes later my pho came. The broth is ok but not hot enough. I like eating my pho broth hot. The meats were a bit dry but the noodles were just right. My chair had a broken wooden bar. Someone could get cut or hurt. One of pet pees is having waiter/waitress start moving dishes or asking if i am done when clearly Iam still eating. I dislike the feeling of hush hush, pushy pushy. I know you 're running a business, but please stop this annoying practice. We come there not just for food but to catch up with life. And don 't bother removing our plates until we put down our utensils. I hadn 't seen my brothers in weeks and we tried sharing stories and catching up with life. We came here not just for pho but to have a peace of mind....to have a conversation. At 11:55am. The owner kicked us out, saying customers are coming, you need to go! (Btw We gave a very generous tip). This is so wrong. You don 't treat your customers like this. This is not how you run a business. Totally wrong. We are civil. We can understand. There 's no reason to do this by the owner. Put a damn sign on the front door: Eating only, No socializing. With 1 hr limit in your restaurant? Do better! Otherwise, there 's potential for legal action. 3 of us left the restaurant to our separate cars but one brother went back inside and inquired clarification. Where are your incoming customers? Do see you a line? You still have at least 7 open tables and where are your customers? Aren 't we your customers too? Why did you kick us out? I have dined in so many countries around the world and many States, and this is the first someone kicked me out of the restaurant (w/o merits or reason). This owner attempted to be kind and will call me brother, but his heart is not well. He 's not my brother. Do not go support this Vietnamese owner. Take your hard earned money somewhere else.
First, I love supporting and celebrating small businesses especially restaurants. I would give 0 stars for the rude service if Googled allowed 0 stars. My brothers and I were first customers this morning when they opened to try a new place and catch up. I paid and added over 15% tip after we finished our food. We were still catching up on life and then the chef or owner abruptly came and told us we need to leave (kicked us out) because he has other customers coming. More than half of the tables were open/available! There were no customers in a line waiting either. We weren't rude or disruptive. And as normal good customers, I paid and tipped as mentioned. This place feels like the moment you pay, they don't need you anymore and they want you out! My brothers and I will never spend a penny and minute here again. The food was decent and we had mentioned coming back while we were eating. After we got kicked out for no valid reason, I was proud of my other brother for going back inside to sincerely ask and understand why he (owner/chef) kicked us when most of their tables were open and there's no customer waiting to be seated. The owner/chef stuttered to find his thoughts didn't even apologize and was unable to explain his reasoning. I can't support a place that treats you good only until you pay for the food and then kicks you out (for no valid reason). The place clearly was not busy while were there before noon. There are plenty of other pho or similar places to go support and spend time. Chef/Owner: If you're reading this, you should be grateful to have good abiding (new) customers coming to your place who pays, tips, and likes your quiet place to chat/catchup (during non busy morning time). PLEASE DO NOT KICK OUT or mistreat any customers in the future. When you hurt your customers for no valid reason, you're only hurting your own business and staff.
Best Pho in town, and I think I have tried many of the restaurants. This compares to what I got in Vietnam.
