Dinner in the dark: Something special? Yes, it was particularly bad here! You get a blindfold and it 's daylight. After we complained several times, the light was switched off. But candles continued to burn. After these were off, it was reasonably dark, the pictograms were taken down, but still clearly visible. In the meantime was off Accidentally switched on the full lighting again. Waiters walked around with cell phone flashlights. Only bad! After several complaints, they then tried to leave it really dark, which worked moderately. The food was... mediocre. As a starter there was antipasti, ok. Intermediate course was a cream soup, tasted ok, but cold. The main course was a steak à la shoe sole. Two people at our table didn 't eat it, at least one at the next table. I couldn 't cut it with a knife, so I picked it up and bit it off. Dessert was a gooey something on cake base. Well okay. All in all not recommended and does not encourage repetition. : We had hoped for a nice evening and were grossly disappointed. Because it was really dark then, everything took longer. When I was in the toilet, I could hear the staff arguing loudly because it was actually over and everyone had to go home, etc. Sorry, you have nothing to do with that attitude in the gastro..... We were really looking forward to our night in this hotel. However, our room was not clean and it was not as it was described on the internet. We then went to the front desk, where our dirty glass was exchanged and someone said someone would come to vacuum and that our room would be different from what was described on the website, which would be the problem of May Days... Then we went back to our room. Shortly thereafter, without knocking or asking, our room was opened from the outside and there was not even an apology, you have to say, there is a bathtub in the room, which I wanted to use, but fortunately wasn't ready yet... . The shower with massage nozzles was unfortunately very calcified so that the massage nozzle function was no longer available, if you cleaned it properly, these would certainly be great. The hand shower was also breaking, the paint was peeling off and there was a lot of mold on the seals on the door. In the evening, we went to the in-house restaurant for a 5-course meal. Except for my dirty cloth napkin, everything was really great there, from the food to the service, really very pleasant. The room where the food is served looks really great. On the other hand, for breakfast, where we were placed in the back corner in front of the emergency exit and there was a large chest behind my chair, so I couldn't sit down at the table normally, fortunately our table neighbors apparently had breakfast later, otherwise it would be a proper get up or sitting at the table was not possible. The breakfast was great and there was everything you could want for breakfast. To get to our room, we climbed the stairs on the outside of the building and stood in front of a huge bush where you had the leaves on your face as you walked by. If it had no star or only one, I probably wouldn't care. But for the price and the 4 stars I'm really totally shocked and disappointed. Before that, my idea was to go there with my children for another night when it's warm because there's a large pool, but we won't do that after the things that were there. A real shame.....
