From 6 weeks delivery time were 7 months. Then the Monteur could not find the entrance of the new residential building. What a nonsense! At the 2nd start of delivery after weeks the sink was broken, after 6 weeks of a new waiting period a new sink was delivered, which was also broken. This absolute failure of the Meyerhoff kitchens was explained by the mandatory deadbeat argument Corona. A call came to a pampering and hysterical receptionist (name is known to me), a letter to the house manager remained without answer. How do you say it? The fish stinks. By the way, we paid the kitchen completely after the purchase, which was definitely a mistake. Conclusion: Make sure to buy a kitchen at Meyerhoff!
No more Meyerhoff. I'm aware there's a change. It is not only possible for the purchaser to be cunent. Today I exchanged a lamp worth 155 euros and wanted my money back, as well as it is common in all the shops I know. Not at Meyerhoff. Never ever! The advice to sell a high-quality kitchen from Schüller was good. The kitchen was a disaster for this. On 09.06.20 the construction started on 11.11.19 was terminated. At the beginning, a subcontractor of Meyerhoff led the construction. This left behind deficiencies that should be done after a long waiting period by employees of Meyerhoff. These did their best, but even with 2 craftsmen on 2 days could not dismiss all defects. In spite of prior deficiencies by Meyerhoff, there were missing necessary exchange articles. The installation situation of the dishwasher was even worsened. Then COVID 19 started and the remaining deficiencies were delayed. The two colleagues, who were recently sent by Meyerhoff, should now do the rest of the work. Had problems with the correct installation of the dishwasher, with the replacement of a ventilation grille for the refrigerator and the fitting installation of a socket panel to be replaced. I have now dismissed these deficiencies myself. In the event of the need to integrate the customer service, the action of the customer is always necessary. On the part of Meyerhoff, we became uninteresting after the order. Conclusion: Kitchen planning note 2, installation and customer service note 6. A discount of 1,000, to the purchase price of 14,800 € is the reaction to the unsatisfactory course of kitchen assembly.

I bought two large, high-quality bedroom cabinets at Meyerhoff and a few months later a high-quality sofa bed. Both times I was very well served by Mrs Saliha Ibrahim. I was very impressed by her kindness and expertise. She has taken a lot of time for my wishes and the whole has been very well complemented with her own proposals. I am extremely pleased with the result and will return to Mrs Ibrahim on a next purchase.
