Chicago Pizza Authority - Oswego

3 times in a row my pizza was not right. I got a free pizza for it the last time. I ordered again to have my free pizza, plus another pizza and garlic bread sticks. I went in for pickup at the time they gave me and they said 12 additional minutes. I came back in 12 minutes later and stood there waiting for another 10 minutes before I got my pizza. This is not the first instance where my time estimate for pick up was wrong. To be fair, it is usually only an extra 5—10 minutes, not almost 25 minut … – show

Pizza was great!People behind counter very nice and helpful in ordering.It took a little bit longer to get the order so the girl gave us a discount because of the extra half hour wait.They are definitely under staffed.The wait time and the surcharge to use credit card is the only reason I didn't give it the fifth star.

Food was delicious, and the serving size was huge! The only negative is that it takes quite a while for delivery!

The only flavor this pizza had was oregano and a ton of it. Yesterday was the first time we tried CPA and we won't be back

All the pizzas were good and they were delivered hot and when promised.
