Sizzle シズル - Otaru

I was staying in the hotel this restaurant's located at. Apparently one of the highlights for me in Otaru for some reason became this restaurant. What made me squeal with joy is that they are marked at a very reasonable non touristy price. But you definitely get quality local food and ingredients! What's best is the fact that you get to taste a little of everything about Hokkaido. Mmm…that pumpkin mustard chicken salad…(But of course, don't expect to be looking for a seafood feast here. The first day was just breakfast and then my whole family decided that they want to have their lunch in the same place as well! So yes. This buffet is great and hit my spot for sure! Woot!

Use the lunch buffet. The food is of good quality, and the price of 1870 yen (1650 yen for people aged 65 and over is a good deal. The dishes include steak, prosciutto, skewers, and sashimi. You can also make seafood bowls using sashimi. If you are not particular about coming to Otaru and eating salmon roe bowl and sushi, it is good to have lunch here. 3年ぶりに利用しました。 好みの問題ですが味付けは良い濃さで美味しいです。 オードブル系が好みです。　好物のニシンのマリネが美味しかった。 スタッフが空いた皿の片付、料理の補充、料理のサーブをテキパキとこなしてサービスは良好です。 インバウンドの方、子供連れの方でソコソコ混んでいましたが大きな声で話す人も居なく、静かに会話と食事を楽しめる雰囲気でした。 予約して利用しましたが週末は予約したほうが良いかもしれません。
