The White Hart - Otley

We've been to the White Hart a number of times over the past year or so, and today returned for a birthday treat. Once again a very pleasant meal, and excellent service from Rebecca and the team. The garlic pizza bread is always a favourite of ours, and today's was especially great. Thanks and see you again soon. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Positive factors: Staff are welcoming, friendly, helpful and attentive. Premises are pleasant and comfortable. Constructive feedback: The menu is limited. The food is poorly presented (cold, over cooked and lacks quality). We have been supporters of the White Hart for many years, however our last three visits have been a total let down simply in the basis of the poor choice menu, poor quality of the presented food items and what seems to be a lack of care as to what is presented to the customer (you need a Chef, not a cook). Other than that, the staff are always amazing, the drinks on offer are a little limited but good, the ambience of what was once a great local hostelry is ruined by the food quality. So much so, that I fear it will be some time before we visit again, a sad day indeed.

Best Sunday roast I've had in a long time. Very tasty, served quickly by friendly staff. Quality cooking, lovely gravy. Cheesecake trio slightly disappointing. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Very warm and friendly also good heating /family oriented /good selection of wine and beer/staff are kind and helpful/very accommodating (Kate) she was very nice ,friendly :definitely come back recommend for friends and family.
