Carl’s Jr. - Oton Ka Gurha

Food is fresh and hot! Customer service is great I've gotten Kevin a couple of times and he makes sure to greet with a smile, he is always polite and repeats my order back. Definitely coming back to this location!! 100% recommend visiting and enjoy Carl's.

I enjoy coming to this location because the cashier named Angel who's at the drive through window is always super nice to me. He greets me with a smile and he's always on point with the service. He gets the food out correctly and fast. He just always goes the extra mile to be polite and professional. He makes me feel better about spending my money on fast food. He's a hard worker I always joke with him that he's at work 24 hrs 7 days a week and how he needs a break. Thank you Angel

This review is for the food. The woman working the window was very nice. I love Carl's Jr. it's my first choice over every other fast food burger chain. So it sucks to post this but I have to be honest. I'm upset. I got a Double Western Bacon Cheeseburger meal at this location. Large with Crisscut fries. The French fries were either stale or cooked a second time which basically made them inedible. The burger was ok except they put stale or overcooked onion rings on it. The onion rings were crunchy. This is the only place I've ever had them like this. The only reason I'm posting this is because it's not the first time. You guys need to make sure the food is always fresh. I'm very disappointed!!

I get it. Working at a fast food establishment isnt the greatest job out there. But that doesnt mean you be rude to your paying customers. The lady who took my order in the drive thru, was rude and unapologetically over taking orders. She would sigh heavily and ask is that it? after placing each menu order. Not to mention having to wait for her to repeat my order, i would hear loud giggling in the background but her demeanor would be completely different. Now after paying $30 for TWO meals...i gotta say this is by FAR the WORST experience ive had...i ordered the chicken club. Supposed to come with lettuce, tomatoes...all that...mine only came with mayo, chicken patty cheese and bacon...I GUESS THE WORKERS WERE TOO BUSY INSIDE PAYING MORE ATTENTION TO THEMSELVES. NOT COMING BACK THATS FOR SURE
