Del Taco - Oton Ka Gurha

Slow poor service, and food was sloppy and prepared without care. I will never come back to this Del Taco. Corporate should shut this place down.

Worst bean cheese burrito I've ever had from Del Taco.

The speed of service is extremely poor. I've literally watch multiple customers walk out.

Waited an obscene amount of time for my order to be WRONG. Addressed that but they left items off my order too so I had to go back in and collect those after all that time and waiting. My birria quesadilla had almost no meat in it and my ramen had a cube of beef floating in the middle. 100% not birria. My fries are cold and MY GUACAMOLE HAD A STICKER IN IT! WORST Del Taco experience EVER. Joey, the manager on duty tried to make it better. The only redeeming part of my experience.

I asked for fresh food and while i was at the register the cashier told the cook to make the order fresh. So on my way home i was being greedy and opened up my chili cheese fries to eat one and they were so cold and nasty my stomach turned.
