Hiccups - Oton Ka Gurha

The business appeared closed and lock was placed on door. At 9:05 I asked if they were closed and they said No, however the girl at the counter said the kitchen closed at 9 therefore I could not order. There was two people still eating inside but they had already put up chairs on tables. Shouldn’t they stop service at 9:30 pm, then close and clean up afterwards?

Loved the Vietnamese coffee and the bahn mi was delicious! I’d definitely come back if I wasn’t just passing through.
