Long beach NY is a beautiful place to live, it doesn 't deserve this kind treatment to it 's community. McDonald 's upper management, is time to take notice on this issue. Wendy 's at Austin Blvd doesn 't treat people like rats, they serve with quality and professionalism. Where to start: At night there 's this chubby African American girl that looks like Lizzo the artist and this tall skinny man who both deserve to be working as parking lots cleanners, also in the morning there 's a bold African American short man who 's supposedly the manager but talk to you with no manners at all. Once you get into offence by demanding your rights as a customer or delivery driver they feel offended and threat on you by calling the cops if you don 't leave the location. I mean, Excuse me! What happened to the quote The customer is always right ? I guess it doesn 't apply anymore. Bottom line, the skinny African American female manager at night is the only one doing her job besides the kitchen ladies, the kitchen ladies help you more than those Three unprofessional individuals I mentioned above. You 're treated bad and disrespected as a delivery driver or a customer. Is time for a deep investigation in this location McDonald 's. Living in Long Beach New York is not cheap, people spend lost of money in this place and the least they expect is a decent customer service and treatment.

A McDonalds like any other.To go to the toilet you have to pay or show the receipt.

Let me start with the fat Lizzo reject working the register. She's rude, lazy and has a serious attitude. Put this employee in the bathroom cleaning toilets (if she can fit! where she's better suited to work. The manager with the tattoo on her forearm is no better. Lazy, rude and has a real chip on her shoulder. She should go back to school and learn a trade to better her life, rather than trying to make your customers as miserable as she clearly is.

I was just trying to get breakfast last week and the Manager here took 30 minutes to take the order of the person in front of me I had some random guy walking up to my car asking what the problem is and then when I got up to the window she had an attitude that I was growing impatient and didn't say your welcome or have a nice a day or anything i stormed back in and made her give me my money back never have I ever had to deal with incompetence on that kind of level, then worst part about all of it is shes the actual manager and theres practically no one else to complain to there, absolute moron, most of the other people who work there havent done anything like this thankfully, I realize their job is difficult but to aggravate me like that at 8 in the morning when I have work in just a few hours is beyond unacceptable and disgusting

Let me just start by saying that I've worked some really crappy jobs when I was younger. So I TRY to understand when an employee working a crappy job isn't always as friendly or courteous as they should be.But this sista with the ugly tattoo on her forearm is a manager and SHOULD be nicer and more courteous cuz I'm sure they're paying her little ass more than minimum wage here! Change your attitude or you'll be fired and the only thing you MIGHT be able to do is walk the streets at night in East New York!
