Subway - Oton Ka Gurha

They did not follow simple customer order and that's to add extra veggies. The picture shows less than what the average amount is. I called the store and the person was less enthused to help. He just said he'll let the manager know . No words of rectifying at all or sorry.

Speaking mildly, this place is a sh#thole. Service was slow. There didn 't seem to be any discernible order in terms of customers lining up to order. Not expecting culinary greatness out of fast food but consistency some semblance of order isn 't out of line. There was however, service with a smile amidst the free for all. Took more than 20 minutes to just order among other things. If I never came back, it would be too soon.

The Cashier Melissa was very kind and helpful. I went to get the Big Hot Pastrami Sandwich. It's very Good and the bread was fresh.

Terrible service and very rude, restaurant was not clean, 2nd time the worker owner of the store has been rude and failed to follow company policies

Worst service ever. the guy working tonight was rude and dirty. he left the meat case open and flys were in the restaurant. i also didn't see him wash his hands before charging the guy in-front of me and getting prepared to make my food. the tuna is what i went to get and the utensils were left in the tuna for who knows how long contaminating the tuna. ive been sick 3 times by subway so i asked for fresh tuna and he straight up said no. So i asked one m time for fresh ingredients to make my sandwich and he refused. i told him i would complain, the guy refused to give his name or the managers name. then he walked to the back and hid and never came out again.
