There would be a lot to say about my stay here but I will try to be concise and concise. I 'll explain what I rated 2 out of 5 for: 1) LOCATION: beautiful, a structure immersed in 55 hectares of nature, a true paradise for the eyes and the soul. The thing I admired and appreciated most. 2) ANIMATION: fantastic, everyone is very good. High level evening shows. NEGATIVE POINTS: RESTAURANT: terrible food quality in my opinion (it 's not the first resort I 've been to). For how much the stay cost I definitely expected much more. Being also of Apulian origins, I was very disappointed by the cuisine. The only thing edible was pizza. CLEANING OF ROOMS: I don 't complain about the small rooms, as the square meters were shown on the site before booking, I tend to adapt... but the cleanliness needs to be reviewed. Apart from changing towels and making the bed there was no thorough cleaning of the toilets and floors. INFO SHOP: the only excursion I recommend is the one by dinghy, for the rest just leave it alone. Never seen so little professionalism in managing trips. STAFF: almost all of them were kind and helpful, but it was a pity that as soon as something was reported that was wrong, disinterest in the customer loomed (not sudden solutions) so if you then complained twice about something you didn 't receive friendly service, so to speak. I am very sorry that I cannot have a good 360 degree memory of this structure, which deserves so much and certainly with some changes in the weak points it will be able to improve even more and excel in the Apulian region. Therefore my review is not intended as a complaint, but rather a personal story aimed at recommending positive changes to be made in the deficient sectors. Best regards,

Lovely village, heavenly location!! I stayed between the end of July and the beginning of August and the relaxation thanks to the wonderful location was the best... my children (14 and 17 years old) had so much fun that they wanted to return next year! Many VIPs were present that week ...but the rooms and especially the bathrooms need to be renovated and brought up to more modern standards. A suggestion, the cuisine feels little influence of the place... pasticciotti, Fruttoni Monachine and almond paste would be preferable for breakfast, as well as for lunch and dinner, except one evening, the impression is of being in Sicily rather than Salento . However, a wonderful holiday to recommend
