Disappointed, something changed, my friends said the same

So we recently went there and we ordered the 8 piece meal and I told the lady behind the counter to swap out the coleslaw for Mac and Cheese and on the receipt it did say Mac and Cheese but we got Coleslaw instead.

Went to drive thru our order was correct and the food was good!

They don't have the offers or flavor to keep up with their competitors.

45$ order online, got home with food found no butter or honey, and received 3 sauces for 8 chicken strips(which was the only good thing in all the food) 8pc bucket was supposed to be mixed original and extra crispy, not one extra crispy peice in the whole thing, biscuits were doughy, and fries tasted like some were fresh and the rest old. The new wraps are like a snack size candy bar with a 2 for $5 price tag. Wont be spending my money again here as they have went down hill since they closed the long johns side down
