Subway - Ottawa

I ordered at the drive-through and patiently waited, as they were quite busy. Unfortunately, they forgot to include my churro and didn't add the bacon to my sub, which was a bit disappointing.

I swear, when I walked in, I spotted Jared Fogle there. Other than that, it was just okay. I felt bad for the janitor, though, because I could hear someone making quite a mess in the restroom while I was filling my large root beer with no ice. When I sat down to eat, I noticed some gross white goo on the seat that must have been there for hours. The guy behind the counter was pretty stingy with the oven; I asked him to toast my sub, and he only put it in for about three seconds. The sub ended up soggy, but at least it didn't give me any stomach issues like Taco Cracker Barrel does.

The manager and district manager of this store should be terminated. They seem to believe they can mistreat and bully their special needs and disabled employees without providing accommodations. They even write them up and harass them because they can't perform as quickly as their non-disabled coworkers, despite being informed of the employee's disability prior to hiring. One employee quit due to the ongoing bullying from management. No disabled individual should have to come home crying every day from their first job because of unprofessional, uneducated, and incompetent so-called managers. My family will never spend another penny at this store, and we will be reaching out to corporate.

Did not get order correct asked for salami and ham and did not get it, and I also asked for pepper cheese and they put Swiss, I will never order from there again

More than likely not open or hours are wrong constantly
