Tosca Ristorante - Ottawa

I had the tortellini gorgonzola which was delicious as always. The service was quick and our server was very friendly and attentive. However, I was a bit confused when someone other than our server came to clear our table without asking if they could do so while I was still eating. The restaurant could use some maintenance as the other tables had scratches and one chair was missing a piece of wood between its legs, but nothing major. The music was nice and I enjoyed the negroni. I might consider returning in the future.

The service was lacking and the food was just average. We opted for seafood but perhaps the pasta would have been a better selection. The waiter didn't seem well-informed about the menu or drinks.

I've had another amazing experience at this restaurant! I visit several times a month and have never had anything less than excellent service.

Great mains and even better desserts. The one little complaint would be the water service, had to ask for water, and wasn’t that attentive

The person at the front desk was not helpful and looked like he hates working there. Not a great impression when you first enter a restaurant :
