Wendy's Old Fashioned Hamburgers

The lobby is always closed when I visit, I don't like eating in my car. What is the problem?

I went to use the restroom, dirty, one stall out of order. The main thing is NO SOAP. How are employees washing their hands before returning to work????? We left and went to BK across the street. Atmosphere: 1

Dining room is randomly closed in the middle of the day (4pm) because they “only has two people working”. Wouldn’t even let me in to throw away my trash (from them) and use the restroom. Just another business running on a skeleton crew because management/ownership is too cheap to staff it properly. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This place has to be under New Management they change their old ways their fries are hot and fresh now on their food is delicious again like old time Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
