Bridgehead Coffee - Ottawa

A favorite spot for bothy family and friends. A great meeting place, and the best chain coffee in town. The kids beverages are great, and cheap! They have done just about every adult drink on decaf form for my older girls who want to try something more grown up! The variey of snacks and sandwiches please both vegetarians and meat eaters alike! The Tina with capers is my favorite and my girls love the the Ginger cookies, big and chewy!!! Sometimes it can be tough to get a seat- but taking it to go is also a great option, we often enjoy a nice walk with our lattes!

This is my second time trying bridgehead. First time at this location. I ordered a large iced coffee the staff handed me a black coffee with ice cubes. For the price I should have just ordered a coffee and let it cool down. When I asked for them to add cream and sugar they pointed to the side where you had to add in your own sugar and cream. Whenever you go to other coffee places they add this in for you. The coffee itself didn’t taste to bad but the fact that you have to add sugar that doesn’t melt then you’re left with a grainy coffee was not the greatest. I don’t think Bridgehead is for me.

Came here for the first time on a trip to Ottawa. Originally we made our order and let them know we would sit and wait outside for our beverages. It had been sometime and when we went to check on our order it turns out they had forgotten.Not only were the staff here kind and courteous, but very quick to rectify the issue and gave us vouchers for beverages for the next time.Our coffees were freshly made and delicious. Overall very pleasant experience. Would recommend.

Coffee beans are fresh and delicious here, with an always rotating selection! Love the staff who're always friendly and helpful.
