Chen's Kitchen - Ottawa

Just tried for the first tome today. Absolutely amazing! Got the general toa combo with chicken ball n rice. Almost every other Chinese food places the rice is chewy and dry or too mushy. These guys got it down perfectly! The general.toa isn't too spicy or too sweet and NOT SOGGY like other restaurants. Great crunch on it. Chicken balls as well had a slight crunch to it and inside was juicy. Highly recommend!
