Chickpeas - Ottawa

Went to byward early last weekend with out of town friends to especially have them try “the best hummus and falafel in Ottawa”. Only to find the store closed even though it said it was open on Google maps. Disappointed Meal type: Brunch

All around horrible!!! I ordered a falafel bowl and baba ganoush for delivery. I was contacted 20 minutes later by chickpeas to say they were out of baba ganoush. They could not change my door dash order to reflect their baba ganoush being missing from the order. Now I paid $25.99 for a falafel bowl. Their phone numbers do not work and the website will not let me submit the contact form. Very poor service and a scam restaurant. and their food is not that great. Will definitely not order from there again and strongly suggest others do not order from there. What a rip off!!!
