Little Caesars Pizza - Ottawa

I recently purchased the Chicago deep dish pizza with peppers, sausage, and extra cheese. It was absolutely fantastic and far better than Papa John's, especially for the price. If you were to get a similar pizza from elsewhere, you would pay around $30. Even my dog enjoyed it. Thank you for providing us with the best pizza we've had in years. Yes, YEARS. Good pizza is becoming increasingly expensive, but I will definitely be ordering from here again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Ordered in through Uber eats, and got their pepperoni stuffed crust, and their crazy puffs. Food arrived hot and fresh. The pizza was good, the stuffed crust though I found the cheese was largely unmelted so it was kinda just like getting a cheese string in it. Otherwise, the pizza was great, pepperoni got nice and crispy and right amount of cheese. Dough was fairly soft but good. The crazy puffs were also great. Just the right amount of sauce, very cheesy with that crispy edge, kind of like a Chicago deep dish and a Detroit style pizza had a baby in a muffin tin. Their garlic sauce was also pretty decent, standard stuff, but better than some others I've had (I'm looking at you, pizza pizza).

Very disappointed at quality and service! I called regarding a problem with my order (order 312 today) which the quality of the pizza was terrible! No sauce and completely dried out. There’s no way they are following procedures! Also, Genevieve told me that a manager would for sure call me back today and he did not. I won’t go back to Orléans either since both are owned by the same entity. Service: Take out

Overall, the experience was good. The food looked a bit undercooked at first, but after putting it in the oven, it turned out to be perfect. The stuffed cheese crust was excellent. The service was prompt and efficient. This was a take-out meal for dinner, and the price per person was between CA$20-30. I would rate the food a 4 out of 5, the service a 5 out of 5, and the atmosphere a 4 out of 5. I recommend trying the Hot N Ready Stuffed Crust Pizza. There was plenty of parking available in the free parking lot.

Wanted a medium Canadian pizza made fresh just for me. Lady at counter pulled out a cold pizza from behind her and said here you go that will be 28 dollars. I was floored by this action and asked them to make me a new fresh pizza. They would not. Never going there again.
