Ministry Of Coffee - Ottawa

Had the latte, and it was delicious. Liked how they had a self serve water tap on the counter too. <br/ <br/ Good location and plenty of seats. Not much unique about the coffee shop, fits the hipster neighbourhood vibe. It appeared to be a place that served alcoholic beverages too and food so that would be actually something unique. Clean place. Odd arrangement of menus all over the place (left wall, right wall, the back wall).

It's all about the coffee on this visit. Didn't eat but had coffee and others had teas and hot chocolate. Coffee is super. Flat white awesome but so thankful to find a good cortado in Ottawa! Doesn't exactly match Spain but it was awesome!<br/ <br/ Went recently on a Saturday night for 80s new wave and more coffee. Still super.

Great coffee and lattes in the morning, local craft beers in the evening.  What more do you need.  I always make a pit stop here before I head into work.

Two words: ambiance, cortado. TMCSA now serves the best cortado north of the 40th parallel, in my opinion. Consistently excellent espresso, (so much so, that someone felt compelled...as he was passing with earphones on no less...to comment on the potent, velvety aroma of my latest while I was walking through Wellington West).
