Nando's - Ottawa

Nando’s your chicken is hands-down one of the best in ottawa! I always have their basic lemon herb with spicy garlic nandos sauce on the side! Super tasty and their service is fast! I ordered to take home this time. Got half a chicken with a side of rice. You HAVe to try the chicken liver here, it’s amazing!

Peri Peri. That peri peri sauce will always have me coming back. I love the spice and flavours of this place and I always get either the rice or the potato wedges/fries as a side. The platters are really good deals to share between 2-3 people and come with generous portions of meat. I wasn't a huge fan of the chicken wings in the variety platter, but I do enjoy the skewers and their pitas, wraps or sandwiches. And of course the sauce. Always get some extra packets of spicy peri peri sauce if you can you won't regret it!

Hot stuff. Love the food, its great when you don't want to cook and are looking for something spicy.Coleslaw is amazing and peri peri spice is fantastic.

Good chicken need different selection of veggies. Had a 1/4 chicken with the mild lemon flavour and a side vegetables. It was good but my only quibble was the veggies had a lot of red and green peppers. I dont mind the wait as it was made to order and fresh.

We are regulars here, the chicken without fail is so juicy and full of flavour. The grilled veggies are a staple for us as well and the grilled sweet potato and peri-peri beans. Just perfection everytime. It can be busy so call ahead if you are going for take out.
