Pho Bo Ga King - Ottawa

My coworker and I ordered from this location for the first time, and the experience was awful!! We ordered delivery, which provided good service. However, the food was terrible for how expensive this restaurant was... I paid $19.00 for a vermicelli noodle dish option with vegetables, spring rolls, and tofu (price NOT including delivery and tip charges). The springs rolls were dry and flavourless, the tofu was extremely dry as well. The vegetables seemed as if they took a package of frozen carrots, broccoli, and cauliflower and boiled them to throw on top. The fresh vegetables were going bad and turning brown. The pho that my co worker had order was flavourless, with dry rubbery chicken. Completely disappointed with this experience. This will be my first and last time ordering from this restaurant.

This whole experience has literally left a bad taste in my mouth, I am without the dinner I paid $60 for The driver from Just eat, showed up 1 hour and 22 minutes after ordering, something that Just eat didn't want to take responsibility for as a delivery service they tried to pawn the whole thing off on the restaurant. What I believe happened is this restaurant thought it would be a great idea to close up shop first then deliver the food when convenient to them. Either way both Just Eat and Pho bo go king failed hard. Now the food was cold and the rare beef would not cook like it is supposed to after adding the broth, we also noticed that the orders where incorrect, I'm sure tripe is tasty to some but when your not expecting it can be a little terrifying! I would not recommend either Just eat or pho bo ga king

I love this place! Good food and good pricing! Always fresh and very tasty!

Worst pho I ever tasted!! The soup have no taste, very water down!! I am there often enough that I noticed the difference right away!!

2 out of 5 stars Though their bubble tea (I ordered a green tea one tasted ok and was affordable, it was ruined because the tapioca pearls (bubbles were overcooked (it was more mush than bubbles . Also, though their fresh rice wrap with chicken was affordable, it overall lacked flavour the chicken was not seasoned enough and the wrap only came with the rice noodles, chicken lettuce (what happened to the cilantro leaves? OR perhaps throw in some fresh julienned carrots? . At first I was excited to find out that there's a Vietnamese resto near my work but alas it was a disappointing visit.
