Customer service was excellent as always friendly staff food always fresh and restaurant is kept clean I recommend this

Zero stars. Horrible horrible customer service! Indian employees pit spicy mustard (smoky mustard when I asked for honey mustard) on my child’s sandwich instead of regular honey mustard. They should have said we don’t have honey mustard anymore. Warn the parents because kids hate spicy. Late dinner for us (7pm) asked them if they could remake it as my son could not eat spicy mustard. He tried so hard but just couldn’t and he was STARVING after the pool. He normally eats at 5pm so 7pm after swimming, he was hungry. They wanted me to pay for a whole new sandwich, even though we had no idea the recipe changed. We told them. They said it’s not spicy. I said they are indian so of course they don’t think its spicy. I couldn’t afford another sandwich. We asked kindly. They were so rude. Even I asked if they could ask the owner, and he said no too.I desperately tried to feed me hungry son. I begged. They didn’t CARE. It was so heartbreaking. It hurt my heart that they didn’t care we didn’t have money. Stingy people who have no care about a hungry child who needed his dinner before bed. We had just came from the pool. We had a long trip home. I had no money for another sandwich. They could have chosen kindness. It was a FIVE YEAR OLD BOY! He needed to eat! They let him starve. After all the sandwich cost them less then a dollar I’m sure to make. It wouldn’t have been nothing to them. Plus that kindness would have had me back every time after the pool. Its called good customer service. Do you want people to come back? It was so mean. The indian girl is a bad word I don’t want to say. So uptight and cranky from the moment we walked in and I tried to cheer her up by asking how her day was and if her shift ended soon. Im sure she has been tired. She also tried to put rotten spinach on my sandwich. There was like less then a handful left in the container. It was completely black and soggy and I asked her to take it off.. is she blind? She got offended when I asked her to remove it for someone odd reason. It was not even an ounce of green freshness on the spinach ? it should have been trashed. Thats just how bad they go to save money. Avoid this subway. Do not support such greedy unkind people. I was so Livid that basic human kindness wasn’t practiced. If you have a story please don’t be afraid to share it. This subway location needs to go out of business. If you read more review this location is known for its greedy ownership. I hope that owner learns basic human compassion. Maybe in india its ok to be rude and stingy but in canada we are much kinder. You lost my business for life. So many better subways. I have already stopped people from going here after the pool, we are regularly at this pool and have told all the regulars are story and will continue to.The subway by our house, the owner always gibes free cookies to all the kids and sometimes even free drinks. I haven’t been to subway in such a long timr to know they no longer carried honey mustard. This was an employee mistake. All you had to do was use your heart and care about the humans in front of you that just needed a break. Instead you kicked a mother while she was already down. I have had a bad couple weeks with depression. You never know what someone is going through. I wanted to die after that visit I was so depressed by the unkindness. Indian girl, if you are reading this.. you are mean. Who hurt you? Your heart is so cold and evil. An evil villain.

Loved it here! Wonderful workers! Varshil and Simon are wonderful workers and deserve something! They made it welcoming and had a warm smile. I will definitely come back! The food was super good and fresh too. Not rushed, not pressured, just patient.
