Subway - Ottawa

I recently visited this Subway location with my friends and placed a mobile order. To my dismay, despite there being no other customers or orders, the staff member present at the store was unable to accommodate my order as specified in the mobile order. Not only was the service slow and inefficient, but the quality of the foot-longs was also subpar. The final product did not meet the standard I have come to expect from Subway. This was by far the worst experience I've had at a Subway location. I will be avoiding this particular store in the future and hope that they can improve their service quality and customer experience. I ordered two rice bowls. The service I received was excellent. The store was just about to close but we were still served. Ankit served us and was friendly even though it was the end of the day. He was generous with ingredients that we asked for. This is important because many times at other Subways we got less food and were unhappy. So thank you for the excellent service Ankit.
