Tim Hortons - Ottawa

Honestly avoid this Tim's if at all possible. Staff are egotistical and hardly listen to orders, resulting in incredibly long wait times and wrong food and drinks. Don't bother going in to get it fixed either, that's just another 20min disappointment. After going in myself to get it corrected, I watched an employee pour another contents of a cup into my new one .... Excuse me, but no. Just stay away.

The food is fine, but the staff that interacts with the customer are the strangest, most arcane individuals I have ever seen. I think the owner might have drugged them or something, it is something else. Whoever wraps the sandwiches is really impressive though. Big props to that person.

I came here a few times by the drive thru and everytime i get the CHICKEN HABANERO wrap, its always consistent, well filled and really tastyI would say easely as far as the wrap, one of the best TIM HORTONS to do it.Give credit to the management who trained their employees to put good portion every single

Accidentally, I ordered off Tim's ap to this location, not the one I was at, and they wouldn't refund the money. There is no cancel order button in their app, so they wouldn't refund my card....

The absolute rudest Tim Hortons I've ever been to.I asked to use the washroom and was there for 2 minutes before employees were banging on the door yelling and demanding I get out of the washroom.Once I was finally finished in the washroom, it took almost 10 minutes for anyone to take my order at the cash when there was atleast 10 employees behind the counter.This place needs a whole new set of employees or better training because the customer service was pathetic at best.
