Tim Hortons - Ottawa

Came in here not sure why I can't add a video. But why in the world do you have someone sweep the floors carpets and jot have them vacuum them oh cause this would make more sence right. So sweep that up in the atmosphere and all over the counters and food being prepared and on donuts etc in the rack at the window.I told this lady why aren't you vacuuming she said yiu should see the pan when I'm done. So vacumm it and wait till no customer is in there or when busy.Smh

Have had replies from owner a few times over the past year asking if I was open for discussion but keep getting 1800 number to head office. Finally called head office who said they would have owner call but then store manager called instead, when I asked to speak to the owner they said the owner was not available. You asked if I was open to discussion, please contact me.

There was a piece of egg shell in the English sausage sandwich I ordered?!!! I'm giving 3 stars to how fast I got my food and the service wasn't bad. But I think they just slapped the sandwich in the microwave to heat it up.

Very slow orders, food prep pretty bad, didnt even eat my sandwich could chew

Seems to be a pattern now with all Tim Hortons. To much on the menu and wait times and quality are suffering. I usually order via mobile pickup. Only ready about 50% of the time.
