My husband and I went on a date night here we had some gift cards, long overdue for use. I have to say that it was refreshing to receive both exceptional service and exceptional meals. I don 't like writing negative reviews, but my experience here was hands down the worst restaurant experience I have ever had.The food was mediocre at best. We have had better frozen lasagna and gnocchi. But the 1-star is really for the service we received.I have worked in the service industry for over 7 years, and the staff handled things honestly the worst possible way. We had to wait for a long time for our food, by the time it arrived it was basically cold to the touch. We asked if it could be warmed up, or if we could get a fresh dish. The staff was extremely rude and confrontational immediately. They treated us like we had insulted their mother. We weren 't asking for free food or anything, we were happy to pay, just wanted warm food. Staff was nearly threatening us. Unreal how poorly this basic situation was handled. Actually felt scared. Such a simple request totally mishandled. It wasn 't like we asked for a fresh filet mignon or another expensive dish. Just wanted fresh lasagna/gnocchi... something they probably pulled out of the freezer anyway.I will not be returning. No name brand makes better frozen lasagna, and you can eat it hot, in peace, and without being threatened.

We read the reviews and they were mixed. The restaurant was full and had a great energy for a Thursday night! Our experience was great service, food came in very reasonable time, portions excellent size worth the price point. We would definitely go again.Food: 4/5

Food was good. Not exceptional but good service definitely could of been better. Front staff friendly waitress was okay we sat after our meal was done for another half hour plates were taken away but not asked if we wanted anything else we had to ask for are bill or we would if sat there much longerFood: 4/5

Delicious as always. One of our favorite spots for authentic Italian dishes on a special occasion or any other time, really. Prices are on the premium end, but you'll certainly enjoy your meal.Food: 5/5
