Bronson Pizza - Ottawa

I have been a patron of this establishment for nearly 5 years and was shocked by the aggressive and disrespectful response from the owner's son regarding a missing order. When I returned the order due to missing items, the owner's son yelled at me over the phone and refused to refund my order unless I physically went to the pizza store -even in the middle of the night- stating that he did not want his driver to waste gas on a lost deal just to reimburse me. He even mentioned that he was making six figures and did not need customers like me because I sent back the order. Ultimately, they did not refund my money, which is unacceptable. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company as I found this exchange to be incredibly humiliating. I used to love this place and supported them for both small and large events. It is saddening to see how the owner's son has destroyed years of trust and goodwill.

WARNING: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! I placed an order online and waited for an hour and a half. I tried calling multiple times to check on my food, but no one answered. The order never arrived. They were quick to take my money online, but terrible at fulfilling the order.

As I am soon moving to a new city, I wanted to share that this restaurant serves the best greasy pizza in Ottawa without a doubt. The wings are also delicious and the service is always excellent. They offer free and prompt delivery. As a food enthusiast who has lived in Ottawa for 8 years, I have ordered from here more than any other place. Bronson surpasses Colonel in every way. I will miss this restaurant very much and I hope they achieve worldwide success.

I'm moving cities soon and came here to say that this is the best greasy pizza in Ottawa hands down. The wings are great too, and always lovely service. Free and timely delivery. I'm a foodie, been in Ottawa for 8 years, and have ordered from here more than anywhere by far. Colonel doesn't hold a candle to Bronson. I will miss them SO much. I hope they take over the world tbh.

Their pizza is perfection. Came to my apartment in less than the time that was instructed to me. Wonderful customer service on the phone and delivery. Never ordering from anywhere else again. :
