Been a couple of times and sadly had the same server everytime and she got worse on every visit. Last time we went, she finished her shift and we sat there for 20 minutes waiting for a bill or any sort of acknowledgment from the other servers, except they thought we had already settled up with the server that had left. The food is not bad, I prefer their breakfast over lunch to be honest. Decent for the price.I'll think long and hard before returning based on the server alone.

Five of us went for breakfast around nine on a Sunday morning. The place was full but some folks were just leaving a booth so we got warm seats! It was a bit of a squeeze to get five of us in a four person booth so the wait staff removed a partition between the four seat and the adjoining two seat booth to make us more comfortable. The wait staff were friendly and very efficient as out order was taken and our food arrived very quickly. All the dishes were generous and served piping hot. Most dished come with coffee or tea, toast and home fries, which are made with real boiled potatoes, although it is a shame to have to pay extra for onions in your home fries.All in all an excellent breakfast experience.

Went in with my friend and our two kids around 11 in the morning for lunch. Yes I know not the thing that a waitress wants to see but we were hungry and so were our babies. We fed the babies their puree and ordered.......Finally It took forever for the waitress to take our order. When our food came out (which also took forever) the pizza I ordered with light sauce had so much sauce on it that the top came off. It was undercooked and inedible. When I managed to get the servers attention to send it back she asked if I wanted anything else and I said no because we would have to leave before I would be able to eat it. She argued with me and said could she at least bring out a plate of fries. I said fine. 10 mins later the fries arrive and we have to leave. Go to get the bill for my friends food and find out that not only did she charge for my fries that she argued to bring out but she also charged for the side salad that was supposed to come with her meal. Never did she say there was an upcharge for salad. We also never got a refill on any drink. Worst service. The fries were definitely not worth 6 bucks. If I had exact change I would have left it.

The food was tasty at brunch but the service is not great. Serving tea and coffee with out a spoon to stir is weird to me. Also waiting for the waitress to come over after we had gotten our food was impossible. Mainly focused on the people ordering lunchtime drinks.I would have loved to have gone back but I can't do no care service.

If you want excellent home style cooking, quality and value, Karl's is the place for you. I had the sliced turkey sandwich with fries. The sandwich was piled high with thick slices of fresh turkey breast. The fries are thick cut and delicious. Give it a try!
